Feladatok
- Support the team in identifying and engaging potential candidates for open positions, using platforms like LinkedIn and Boolean search techniques
- Assist in building and maintaining talent pipelines by researching target markets and generating candidate leads
- Participate in talent sourcing projects and contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives across teams
- Help gather and analyze market and competitor intelligence to support BlackRock’s hiring strategies
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance the candidate experience
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of talent sourcing tools
- Be part of the Talent Sourcing team, working closely with recruiters to identify specific skill sets and target profiles, and headhunting candidates for Analyst, Associate, and VP-level roles
Elvárások
- Final-year or penultimate-year student currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field
- Genuine interest in recruitment, talent acquisition, or human resources
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Detail-oriented, well-organised, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously
- A collaborative team player with a proactive attitude and eagerness to learn
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools

- Availability to work at least 30 hours per week
