Feladatok

Procure goods or services from designated sources of supply for requirements generated by BP operations
Validate Purchase Requisitions (PR) in accordance with policies adhered
Engage BP stakeholders – e.g. requestors, sourcing specialist etc., to finalize the purchase decision
Generate Purchase Order and confirming acceptance by the supplier
Resolve operational issues with the suppliers, sourcing specialist and requestor
Manage required changes to PO and closure of the PO
Handle PO related queries received from Supplier, Accounts Payable, or other Business requestor
Monitor and analyze reports

Elvárások

Ongoing studies and active Hungarian student status for 6 months
Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master's degree in a related field (Finance, Business or Supply Chain)
Fluency in English
Knowledge of Office tools (especially Excel)
Experience in Procurement and Supply Chain Management applications (ARIBA, SAP, Salesforce etc.)

Working time

Long-term development opportunity
Be able to invest 40 working hours per week
Monday to Friday 8:30AM-5PM or 3PM-11:30PM (A/B shifts)
