Jaguar Land Rover Automotive PLC is the holding company of Jaguar Land Rover Limited, a British multinational automotive company headquartered in Whitley, Coventry, United Kingdom, and a subsidiary of the Indian automotive company Tata Motors. The principal activity of Jaguar Land Rover Limited is the design, development, manufacture, and sale of vehicles bearing the Jaguar and Land Rover marques. In 2020, Jaguar Land Rover opened a technical engineering office in Budapest to work alongside its global engineering teams and support the development and delivery of its vehicles.
Feladatok
- Assist the Scrum Master in organizing and facilitating agile ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives)
- Help maintain and update Jira, Confluence
- Support the team in removing impediments
- Document meeting notes, action items, and team decisions
- Support backlog refinement sessions by preparing user stories
- Supporting Scrum Master Chapter in daily work
- Participating in agile related projects
Elvárások
- Ongoing studies and active or passive Hungarian student status (preferably in Automotive Engineer, Business, Psychology, Computer Sciences or a related field)
- Fluent English and Hungarian knowledge both written and verbal
- Basic understanding of Agile/Scrum/Kanban principles (coursework or certifications like Scrum Fundamentals is a plus)
- Comfortable with digital collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft Teams, Atlassian tools, Lucid)
- Eagerness to learn and contribute to a dynamic team environment
Munkaidő
- At least 20 working hours per week
- From Monday to Friday in flexible working hours
