Feladatok
- Create documents and upload them to the company’s archive system
- Perform data entry and data processing tasks in the Workday system
- Communicate and collaborate with HR Business Partners (HRBPs), employees, Line Managers, and other First Point teams globally
- Operate in alignment with internal control procedures and standards
- Ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements, with particular focus on General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)
Elvárások
- The position is open for applicants with active or passive student status
- Human Resources experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Fluent English and Hungarian knowledge both verbal & written
- Knowledge of MS Office tools (mainly Excel)
- Great attention to detail, gets it right first time

- Being able to work at least 30 hours per week according to agreed schedule
