Feladatok
- Efficiently support processes and systems, ensuring accurate and secure data entry, storage, retrieval, and maintenance.
- Monitor performance against key metrics (customer satisfaction, service levels, accuracy).
- Assist teams with proper use of IT systems.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, supporting operational excellence and a continuous improvement culture.
- Follow BP HSSE policies and comply with GBS Europe QMS system requirements.
Elvárások
- Active Hungarian student status with at least 1 year remaining (BA or MA in Economics, Finance & Accounting, or related field)
- Strong understanding of business requirements and strategy
- Fluency in English and Spanish
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Excellent time management, organization, and communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and in a team
- Reliable under pressure with strong attention to detail
- Highly motivated, proactive, and collaborative
- Strong stakeholder focus with effective relationship-building and negotiation skills
- Creative thinker with the ability to see the big picture
- Strong numerical skills and ability to work with formulas quickly
