Feladatok

Supporting and assisting the German, Austrian and Swiss Sales teams, automation and reporting team and relationship managers

Producing client intelligence and updates, and aiding the team’s response to ad hoc queries in a timely and professional manner

Supporting regarding client due diligence requests in collaboration with the other Sales Support teams

Involvement in any projects which support the business development of the team, including the creation and formatting of custom reports

Answering client queries, performing analysis

Coordinating post meeting follow ups, working with business partners to provide additional information on funds

Creating content and presentations to use in client meetings and obtaining compliance and business approval

Improving processes, building efficiencies and increasing quality standards for tailor-made reporting
Elvárások
- The position is open for applicants with active or passive student status
- Pursuing a bachelor’s or master's degree in penultimate or final year in the field of Economics
- Fluency in written and spoken English and German is essential
- Advanced level of MS Office tools (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Interest in financial markets and eagerness to learn and broaden understanding
- Passion for excellence, significant initiative and attention to detail
Working time
- Availability to work at least 20-30 hours per week
