Feladatok

Execute HR Operation processes and administrative tasks

Review every single ticket which is received and triage the activities as per the Responsible Matrix for Budapest centres

Ensure all service requests are reviewed which is in scope of customer experience centre which includes all WD Tasks / Managing employee queries outside Global Process delivery of Onboarding including Movers, Offboarding (in future) and giving Workday navigation support when it is need it

Make sure that CE Advisor participates in the process improvement and guarantee the right knowledge materials are updated

Monitor all pending tickets in SNOW and ensure right action is taken including follow-up to close the pending requests

Ensure all allocated tasks of all HR processes and markets are fully managed end to end to ensure seamless experience

Participate in Automation opportunities as advised by Team Leader or Manager

Flag any issues of the Market and be responsible for Managing Market stakeholders including HRBP, Local HR, ER Manager or JML Global process delivery teams

The position is open for applicants with active or passive university student status
- Upper intermediate English knowledge both verbal & written
- Knowledge of MS Office tools
Working hours
- Being able to work at least 30-35 hours per week according to agreed schedule
- Development opportunity for 5 months
