The company has recently established its Solution Center Europe (SCE) in Budapest, providing HR and other business services across Europe and Africa. As part of an international and growing organization, you will gain valuable insight into HR operations within a global environment.
Feladatok
- Handling e-filing tasks, including renaming and moving documents in line with the OpenText folder structure
- Preparing reference letters for employees
- Creating certificates based on incoming requests
- Supporting training organization and administration
- Managing mailing and printing tasks
- Conducting data and document searches within the HR Systems and Tools
- Sending out bulk e-mails as required
- Providing logistical event support (e.g., arranging chairs)
- Preparing standard reports based on predefined templates
- Creating flyers based on existing templates
- Contributing to various ad hoc HR operational activities throughout the employee life cycle
- Supporting recruitment processes, including CV screening, interview scheduling and sending rejections
- Supporting ticket dispatching activities
- Support with translation of process documentation
Elvárások
- Currently occupied in studies of business administration or comparable degree, preferable with a major in HR Management
- Strong French or German and English language skills, both written and spoken
- Empathic communication skills in combination with a structured, independent way of working and a pragmatic approach
- Analytical mind focusing on problem solving and on results
- Experience in the use of a personnel management system desirable
- Motivated to take initiative and to drive continuous improvement
Munkaidő
- Flexible schedule on weekdays
- Minimum 20 hours per week
