Feladatok

Manage the customer experience centre end to end activities

Support all Employee and Line Manager queries by using SNOW and Workday as main tools

Ensure all requests are managed with 100% Data Security and Privacy standards, avoiding any data breach

Help and interact with Diageo colleagues, including HR stakeholders and Line Managers of all Europe markets

Support employee lifecycle events including employee document generation and data maintenance
Elvárások

The position is open for applicants with active or passive student status
- Fluent English knowledge both verbal & written
- Upper-intermediate Italian language knowledge
- Analytical, interpretative, and decision-making skills obtained within a process environment
- Knowledge of MS Office tools (mainly Excel)
Working hours
- Being able to work at least 20-30 hours per week according to agreed schedule
