Order-to-Serve Trainee - Spanish speaking – Budapest XIII.

• Process and manage customer orders from order entry through invoicing.
• Check accurate customer master data and contract and forecast availability
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve order, delivery, stock, and invoicing issues
• Communicate with customers regarding their orders and provide timely support throughout the order lifecycle
• Process order changes, cancellations, and complaints following established procedures
• Monitor service levels and identify potential risks or issues, escalating when needed
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to help optimize processes and enhance the customer experience
• Contribute to a collaborative team environment by participating in knowledge sharing, training, and team initiatives
• Enter and update customer orders
• Use systems effectively for daily work

• The position is open for applicants with active or passive student status
• Strong intermediate level of English and Spanish
• User level knowledge of Excel and other MS Office tools
• Precision, ability to work under pressure and attention to details
• Strong work ethics

• Availability to work at least 25-30 hours/week
