Feladatok
- Monitor, Classify and assign incoming tickets to teams / colleagues
- Manage employee requests via ticket and email
- Manage tasks related to employees and external workforce lifecycle from onboarding till retirement including all types of changes
- Monthly reports
- Works together with the payroll team, country HR leads and other departments
Elvárások
- Ongoing university studies (active student status in Hungary)
- Fluent English and Italian language written and verbal
Munkaidő
- 30 hour availability/week
