  • Coordinating the completion of existing business DDQs and ad hoc RFIs in a professional, accurate and timely manner 
  • Taking full ownership of allocated regular and one-off client requests, covering various asset classes and complete them accurately and within the client deadline
  • Ownning any stakeholder or client queries and drive them through to resolution, ensuring queries are handled with due care and attention and responded to appropriately, within agreed timeframes 
  • Acting as a point of contact for sales and client service teams who have requested RFI’s and DDQ’s for their clients 
  • Collaborating closely with other RFP team members in Budapest to ensure consistent, timely and high quality responses for our clients 

  • The position is open for applicants with active or passive student status
  • Pursuing a bachelor’s or master's degree related to finance, economics or similar fields
  • Fluency in written and spoken English is essential
  • High proficiency in Word
  • Proficiency in MS Office programs (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
  • Superior attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks to tight deadlines
  • Interest towards financial markets and the investments industry
  • Independent thinking with high level of integrity

Working time

  • Availability to work at least 30 hours per week
