Feladatok
- Reviewing and processing a high volume of invoices accurately
- Performing daily invoice postings in line with the team's monthly business schedule
- Completing tasks based on weekly and monthly control reports
- Handling supplier and retail site queries promptly to ensure timely payments
- Following the tasks and requirements outlined in the EMS/QMS systems of GBS Europe
Elvárások
- Ongoing studies and active Hungarian student status until 31 December 2027
- English and Hungarian knowledge on a high level both written and verbal
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Accuracy, attention to detail and a willingness to learn new systems and processes
Munkaidő
- Be able to invest 20 working hours per week according to the agreed schedule
- Part-time position until 31/12/2027
