Feladatok
- Working closely with internal stakeholders across various functions at BlackRock
- Supporting Sales teams by collaborating with internal functional teams to deliver best-in-class service and indirectly enhance the client experience
- Assisting in the preparation of client intelligence, business updates, and timely responses to internal queries
- Supporting the coordination and completion of client due diligence requests in collaboration with Sales Support teams
- Contributing to business development initiatives, including the creation and formatting of customized reports and materials
- Working with product specialist teams to help address client-related queries through analysis and information gathering
- Assisting Relationship Managers with post-meeting follow-ups by coordinating with internal business partners to deliver fund-related insights and analyses
- Creating client-facing content and presentations for meetings, ensuring all materials receive compliance and business approval
- Collaborating with automation and reporting teams to enhance existing processes, drive efficiencies, and raise quality standards in custom reporting
- Testing and helping improve their AI-powered translation tool and utilizing Microsoft Copilot to automate repetitive tasks and streamline workflows
Elvárások
- Ongoing BSc or MSc studies in Economics, Finance, Business, or a related field
- Genuine interest in financial markets and a strong desire to learn and expand your knowledge
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and French
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues across different teams and seniority levels
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and engaging with a wide range of internal stakeholders
- Demonstrated passion for excellence, high attention to detail, and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset

- Availability to work 20-30 hours per week according to agreed schedule
