Vodafone Shared Services Budapest (VSSB) is the international service center of the Vodafone Group, operating in Hungary since 2007. The company plays a key role in supporting Vodafone's global operations across multiple areas, such as finance, IT, HR, procurement, and business analysis.

The Budapest center is home to a diverse, multinational team, representing more than 50 nations, and offers an innovative, flexible, and development-focused working environment. VSSB's goal is to create value for Vodafone's global business activities while providing excellent career opportunities for talented young professionals.


Feladatok
  • Support daily team activities in line with Vertical and Team objectives, applying your theoretical knowledge in practice
  • Take part in a dedicated internship project, ensuring requirements are met, deadlines are managed, and value-added outcomes are delivered
  • Actively learn and build expertise in the given business area and related processes, while supporting ongoing operations
  • Handle ad hoc tasks and problem-solving activities, including data collection and reporting based on line manager guidance
  • Gradually take ownership of specific task groups, including process-related activities, and contribute improvement and efficiency ideas

Elvárások
  • Full time active or passive student status now and for an upcoming 6 months at a Hungarian university
  • Fluent English communication both written and verbal
  • Have a basic knowledge in MS Office Programs, especially in Excel
  • Affinity to work with robust Enterprise Resource Planning systems
  • Interest in global multinational company processes
  • Confident communication and presentation skills
  • Willingness to learn
  • Applied thinking

Munkaidő
  • Flexible work schedule during weekdays
  • Availability to work at least 25-30 hours per week
